This is the privacy policy of Hyndburn and Ribble Valley CVS (HRVCVS) Company Limited by Guarantee (Registered in England No 06537667) explaining the way the Company collects, uses and discloses information.

COLLECTION - Information is collected by HRVCVS in order to carry on its business in keeping with all relevant legislation. Some of this information is stored by HRVCVS.

USE - HRVCVS uses this information to contact and carry out work for members, individuals and other organisations. Information is collated for statistical purposes (not containing any personal information) to be used for promotion of our services and other purposes such as obtaining funds. HRVCVS may use personal information (such as email addresses) to send members and any person or organisation details of our services and activities.

STORAGE - Information may be stored in both electronic and paper formats at our Registered Office.
